 Can these beats be used/sold on my upcoming album or mixtape?

* Most definitely! By purchasing a license from TCustomz.com you gain rights allowing you to use it for your own project and sell your finished recording. Click Here to view the types of licenses that are available.

 

 Do you have freebies available?

* Yes. There are FREE Drum Kits available on the TCustomz.com home page. Feel free to use any of these on your project as well.

 

 How do I purchase a beat/drum kit?

* Beats/drum kits can be purchased using the Flash Store on the TCustomz.com home page. Select the check boxes beside the desired items. Review your order, accept the terms and conditions, and you will be directed to paypal. After your payment has been accepted, your purchase will be delivered INSTANTLY! Any other questions please contact via e-mail or phone.

 

 How and when will my beats/drum kits be delivered?

* All beats/drum kits purchased from TCustomz.com are untagged and will be sent via e-mail instantly after the transaction has been completed. If a .WAV and/or inividual trackouts are needed, please purchase a Premium Lease.

 

 Can I restructure the beat I purchased?

* Yes. If the layout of the beat is not exactly how you want it, feel free to shorten or lengthen any of the parts throughout. If you have questions or need help restructuring a beat, please contact us via e-mail or phone

 

 Will the beats I receive have the 'Customz tag?

* No. Once the beat has been purchased, the beat will be instantly sent to your e-mail inbox with the tag removed.

 

 I purchased a beat and didn't receive it via e-mail. What should I do?

* First, make sure your payment is not still pending. If you sent an e-check or your payment has not been accepted, your purchase will be sent after the transaction is complete. Also, check your junk/spam inbox. If you still haven't received your purchase, please contact us via e-mail or phone.

 

 The download link page says "Your Download Ticket Has Expired". What should I do?

* All download links are valid for 48 hours after completed transaction. If you see this message and did not have enough time to download your purchase, please contact us via e-mail or phone.

 

 I don't want anyone else to use the same beat as me. Can I purchase exclusive rights?

* Certainly. To inquire about purchasing exclusive rights to a beat, please contact us via e-mail or phone.

 

 What happens if someone purchases exclusive rights to a beat I have leased?

* Nothing. Your lease is still valid for whatever terms were set under the license you purchased.

 

 How do I become a Featured artist?

* If you are a customer of TCustomz.com and would like to submit a completed track, please send the completed song (mp3 format), professional picture of yourself (taller than it is wide), and full track details (artist name, track name, etc) to the e-mail address below. The best tracks will make it to the "Featured Artists" page.
